Peter Haththotuwa

Your DC, MD, & VA Real Estate Expert

Welcome to the cutting edge of real estate.

After graduating from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce ( armed with a degree in marketing and management, Peter started his career as a working musician, songwriter, and producer.

As a producer and music director, Peter learned how to be patient, detail oriented, and unrelenting in pursuit of understanding and executing a client’s vision. As a songwriter, he found deep enjoyment in helping artists to discover the melodies they had been humming under their breath for weeks, and bringing them to life as finished songs. As he began to invest in real property and help others to do the same, however, it became clear that Peter’s true passion was seeing dreams become reality.

As your Realtor, Peter will be your advocate. He wants to partner with you and see you succeed, whether you are selling, buying, or renting.

He will work tirelessly to promote your best interests, and to make your vision your reality.

Peter works with the best in the real estate business - the Jason Martin Group is one of the region's highest producing real estate teams, and has been voted as one of Washington's Best Real Estate Teams for the past several consecutive years. Coming from a family with generations of experience investing in realty, he also understands from personal experience the emotional stakes involved with buying or selling a home. His priority is making your real estate experience as stress-free and easy as possible by resourcing you with the information you need, being open and accessible, and communicating intentionally to keep you ahead of the game.

The feeling of seeing a dream realized is unlike any other, and Peter is passionate about seeing each of his clients experience this – it is the reason this business exists. He is honored by your trust, and by your referrals.
